Welcome to Bellamy Stone. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Bellamy Stone website.
By placing an order with Bellamy Stone, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. About Bellamy Stone
Bellamy Stone is an online retailer specialising in personalised labels, home organisation products and thoughtful gifts.
All products are made and prepared with care. Personalised products are made specifically according to the information provided when you place your order.
2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, spelling, wording, quantities, sizes and other order information are correct.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
For personalised products, Bellamy Stone will use the information provided with your order to produce your items. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation where the incorrect information has been supplied by the customer.
If we identify a possible error or need clarification about your order, we may contact you before your order is produced. This may result in a delay to your order's processing time.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
3. Personalised Products
Personalised products are made to order using the wording selected or provided by the customer.
Please carefully check all spelling, capitalisation and wording before submitting your order.
As personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind or entered incorrect personalisation. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Bellamy Stone cannot be responsible for personalisation errors where the information supplied by the customer was incorrect.
4. Product Information & Appearance
We make every effort to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent our products.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Our products are handmade or prepared to order and slight variations may occur.
Where measurements are provided, please allow for small manufacturing tolerances.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, products such as containers, bottles, jars or other props shown in photographs are not included with your purchase.
5. Custom Sizes & Design Requests
Where a product allows for a custom size or other permitted amendment, please provide the required information when placing your order or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Bellamy Stone offers personalisation on our existing designs. We do not offer completely bespoke designs, logos, photographs or custom layouts unless specifically stated on the relevant product listing.
If you require a size or amendment that is not listed, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is possible.
6. Processing Times
Personalised orders are made to order and our processing time can be up to 7 working days unless a different processing time is stated on the individual product listing.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.
During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, processing times may occasionally be longer. Any important seasonal deadlines will be communicated on the website where possible.
Please take the processing time into account when ordering for a specific date or occasion.
7. Delivery
Delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout.
Standard UK delivery is sent using Royal Mail and may not include tracking unless a tracked delivery option has been selected.
International orders may also be sent using a standard untracked service unless a tracked option is selected.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of Bellamy Stone's control. Postal delays can occasionally occur.
If you require your order by a particular date, we recommend allowing plenty of time and selecting a tracked or expedited delivery option where available.
Bellamy Stone cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been expressly agreed with you in advance.
8. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If an order is returned to Bellamy Stone because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may be required.
If an order has been marked as delivered by the postal service, we may ask you to check with household members, neighbours or the relevant delivery service before a replacement is considered.
9. International Orders
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that they are able to receive the products in their country.
International deliveries may be subject to customs charges, import duties or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international orders can vary and may be affected by customs processing or postal delays.
10. Returns & Cancellations
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, personalised items are generally excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to many online purchases.
If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the applicable consumer cancellation rules.
Where a cancellation right applies, the item must normally be returned within the required timeframe and in an appropriate condition.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be happy with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Your legal rights are not affected by anything contained in these Terms & Conditions. Goods supplied to consumers must, among other things, be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
12. Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may depend on your payment provider or bank.
Where you have a statutory right to a refund, this will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully received before your order is processed.
Bellamy Stone reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors where an obvious mistake has occurred. If an order has been placed using an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
14. Promotions & Discounts
Any promotional offers, discount codes or special prices are subject to the terms stated alongside the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Bellamy Stone reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers where permitted by law.
15. Product Use
Bellamy Stone products should be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or stated in the product listing.
Where a product is described as water resistant, this does not mean waterproof.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that labels and other products are suitable for the surface or item to which they intend to apply them.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, product designs, graphics, written content, logos, branding and other original material, belongs to Bellamy Stone or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use Bellamy Stone's designs, photographs or other content without prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be completely free from errors or that it will always be available.
We reserve the right to update product information, descriptions, prices and availability where necessary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of the country in which you live.
