Are your labels waterproof?

Our White Matt and Transparent labels are water-resistant, making them suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Can I personalise my labels?

Yes! Most of our labels can be personalised with your chosen wording.

Can you create custom sizes?

Yes. We can produce bespoke labels up to A4 size. If you require a custom size, please get in touch before ordering.

Do you create custom designs?

No. We personalise the wording on our existing designs but do not create completely custom artwork or copy other sellers' designs.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within up to 7 working days before dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

As production begins shortly after ordering, cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photographs within 14 days, and we'll arrange a replacement where appropriate.
